Why Ireland?
Irish rental law is specific. RPZ rules, RTB registration obligations, deposit handling requirements, and tenancy of minimum duration rules are distinct from the UK and most of Europe. Most property management software is built for the UK or US market and retrofitted — or simply ignores Irish compliance entirely. Ocupo doesn't.
