1. Who we are

Ocupo is a property management SaaS platform operated in Ireland. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Acts 1988–2018.

2. Data we collect

We collect account information (name, email address), property data entered by landlords, lease and tenancy data, and usage data for the purpose of providing and improving the Ocupo platform.

3. How we use your data

Data is used solely to provide the Ocupo service. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data storage

All data is stored on EU-based infrastructure. We use Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the EU region and Clerk for authentication data.

5. Your rights
