3. Deposit escrow
Ocupo acts as a software escrow agent for deposits recorded within the platform. This is a facilitation service — Ocupo does not provide regulated financial services. Users should seek independent legal advice regarding their obligations under Irish tenancy law.
4. Compliance information
RPZ data, rent benchmarks, and compliance indicators provided by Ocupo are sourced from publicly available CSO and RTB datasets. This information is provided for guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. Always verify compliance obligations with the RTB directly.
5. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
